Drinking: West Coast Wine & Cheese
CRAVE: Rosé and snacks at happy hour
San Francisco is sprinkled with wine bars, a few urban wineries, and tasting rooms. Being so close to Napa, it’s through no fault of our own that most San Franciscans enjoy a nice glass of wine or two. One of my favorite new spots for wine (and some cheese. and some appetizers. and some light main courses).
The ambiance is small and fresh, with clean lines, angles and decor — and a gorgeous wall of racked wine.
You’ll find an extensive menu of cheeses, charcuterie, and small plates such as deviled eggs, fried brussel sprouts, ahi poke, and steak.
But, really, we are all here for the wine. The two front window booths are the prime spot to cozy up with a few of your best friends and enjoy a bottle or two during happy hour.
And don’t forget to take a quick peek at their quirky, fun chalk wall art!
